exchange policy

for non-shipped orders

if your order has not yet been dispatched and you wish to exchange it for a different color or size (subject to stock availability), please contact our customer service team. if the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be converted into loyalty points in your account with the same value.

for shipped orders

if your order has already been dispatched, you may contact our customer service team to apply for a return after receiving your item, then place a new order to minimise waiting time and ensure stock availability.

return policy

30-day return policy

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order. return shipping and customs fees are borne by the customer. to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with the band intact and in good condition. the return package must be sent within 7 days of submitting the return application, with a valid tracking number provided to customer service. if the deadline is exceeded, the return request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

return address

please note that any address printed on the package will not be accepted as a return address. packages sent to an unauthorized address cannot be refunded or returned. to obtain the correct return address, kindly contact our customer service team at support@abtsocks.com before sending your return package.

return package tracking

after sending your return, please email us a photo of the parcel and provide the tracking number to ensure safe and timely delivery. we’ll notify you once your return has been received and processed.

order cancellation

if you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team — we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
