Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

Some products may be available only online and in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy. We strive to display colors accurately, but variations can occur due to individual screen settings and lighting. Small manufacturing tolerances in sizing may occur. Please review product materials for allergies/sensitivities and follow wash-care instructions; damage due to improper care is not a defect. We may limit sales by person, region, or order and may discontinue products at any time. We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations or that Service errors will be corrected.

We may refuse or limit any order (including orders using the same account, card, or address). SECTION 22 — RETURNS & HYGIENE POLICY
For hygiene reasons, opened or worn socks cannot be returned unless required by law (e.g., manufacturing defects or items not as described). Please review fit, fiber content, and care instructions before opening. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as required by applicable law.All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). SECTION 23 — FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, accidents, fires, floods, epidemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, embargoes, governmental actions, power or internet failures, or other similar events. If an event of force majeure occurs, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
