all orders are packed and shipped from our studio in singapore.

we currently ship within singapore only. international shipping is in the works — please leave your email or follow us on our social channels to be notified when it becomes available.

we provide free shipping on orders over SGD $39. for orders under SGD $39, shipping within singapore is a flat rate of SGD $3.90. the final cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

orders within singapore typically arrive within 3 working days after dispatch.

once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. you can follow your parcel’s progress directly through that link.

our socks are crafted from premium cotton blend, carefully developed for ideal balance of softness, durability, and breathability. read more on how's it made.

with proper care, abt socks retain their fit and softness wash after wash. minimal stretching or shrinkage may occur naturally over time.

we recommend a gentle cold wash and air drying in the shade. avoid bleach, tumble drying, or ironing to preserve fabric quality and elasticity. heat can also cause shrinking.

yes — our materials are soft, breathable, and OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are free from harmful substances and safe for sensitive skin.

wash gently, avoid high heat, and let them air dry flat in shade. rotating between pairs also helps preserve their shape and elasticity.

fold them neatly instead of balling them up — this keeps the cuff elastic in good shape and maintains their structure.

avoid heat, rough surfaces, pulling at loose threads, or washing with heavy garments like jeans or zippers.

absolutely. each pair is made for everyday comfort, with thoughtful details that hold up beautifully through regular use.

we only have handwritten names at the moment, but if it is a super short note, we can personally squeeze it in, just add a short note at checkout. case by case basis.

no — all orders are packed without receipts or price details.

no, you may check out as a guest. however, creating an account will earn you 10% cashback. it is recommended to create an account!

you can create one during checkout or anytime via the account icon on our website.

we are using the newest account system which you sign in using a one-time 6-digit verification code sent by email, no password is required to sign in. you can also update your contact and shipping details at your account page.
